Gluten Free in Milwaukee (and surrounding areas) Is the kitchen knowledgeable? Stress and then stress again if you are a severely sensitive celiac like me, because GF has become so popular, there are many restaurants who say they have a GF menu, but aren’t prepared to serve those with serious, severe dietary needs. Remember to ask questions and be an advocate for yourself for a safe meal! If something is fried, be sure they have a separate GF fryer.
